2 Year Full Time Programme in Education.
The BTC (D.El.Ed) Programme at Shanti Niketan Institute for teacher education is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. Doing Bachelor�s in education would imbibe several managerial capabilities that will help a candidate to demonstrate a clear understanding of the context in which the education operates, understand theories and concepts of education and develop ability to analyse, correlate and integrate them to resolve problems. The programme will serve them to develop into a leader learning to adapt to diverse cultures and institutional environments. It will also assist to identify areas that need sustainable development, the role of education in promoting them and their impact in the society.

ELIGIBILITY For admission to BTC (D.El.Ed)
For admission to first year of BTC (D.El.Ed) in any institution affiliated to CCSU, Meerut & a candidate must have passed Bachelors degree course of three years minimum duration from any recognized Indian University; or its equivalent, recognized by A.I.U. securing minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The admissions to BTC (D.El.Ed) are made in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by CCSU, Meerut. Students are admitted through UP BTC (D.El.Ed) Entrance Exam test.
